Public Servant & Entrepreneur — Building resilient systems — for the state and for families.
Sworn police officer at the Bavarian State Criminal Police Office (BLKA), where I keep the eGov-Suite running for police stations across Bavaria. Outside public service I run a small portfolio of products — spanning Bitcoin education, connected hardware, and everyday tools — alongside a handful of automation pipelines that keep running while attention moves on.
01 — About
I am a sworn police official (Kriminalbeamter) assigned to IT operations at the Bavarian State Criminal Police Office (BLKA). My day-to-day is first- and second-level support for police stations across Bavaria, together with administration and incident analysis for the eGov-Suite systems EAS-BY, IGVP and GMM — the platforms that keep daily case-work moving. I also contribute to the evolution of operational processes in the eJustice / eGov domain.
Outside public service I run a small portfolio of products. Clarum is a Bitcoin literacy platform for German-speaking families. QuickAlert is a connected LED warning beacon for roadside safety. Planum pairs QR-tagged stickers with an AI plant-care companion. SatoshiRetirement is a German-language Bitcoin retirement planner. Alongside them I keep a set of automation pipelines running in the background — they ship, archive, and summarise work without supervision.
The thread between the two halves of my week is infrastructure as a form of care — systems designed so that the people who depend on them, whether colleagues at a service desk or parents sitting down with their children, can trust them without having to understand them.
Currently based in Munich. Fluent in German and English. Open to conversations about public-sector AI adoption, Bitcoin education, connected-device products, and thoughtful automation.

03 — Selected Work
A short, deliberately incomplete list. Some projects live inside institutions and cannot be linked; others are in pre-launch and guarded for now. The work beneath each line is what matters.
A Bitcoin literacy platform built for German-speaking families, not traders. 227 lessons across 62 modules, paired with a native Lightning wallet so families can practice what they learn. Parent–child role accounts, AI-generated coursework, freemium economics.
A magnetic ECE R65-certified LED warning beacon — a modern complement to the roadside warning triangle. The PRO variant ships with an integrated GPS module, automatic cloud alerting, and a 13-year eSIM. 360° signal, 1 km visibility, IP65, holds to the body at 220 km/h. Accepting pre-orders ahead of a 2026 launch.
A German-language retirement planner that treats Bitcoin as the unit of account. Simple and expert calculators, a DCA back-tester from 2015 onward, a halving countdown, a UTXO dust estimator, a Satoshi converter, and a world cost-of-living map that translates any city into the Bitcoin holdings required to retire there. Live price feeds from CoinGecko, Coinbase, and Blockchain.info.
A workplace coffee fund (Kaffeekasse) that runs itself. A QR-code by the machine collects a tap per cup; at month-end a single click settles balances via PayPal. No accounts, no app install, no dying tally sheet on the wall. Free, open source, GDPR-compliant, hosted in the EU.
A physical-plus-digital plant-care system. A starter pack of twenty weatherproof QR-code stickers turns each houseplant into its own tracked record inside a web app that identifies the species, schedules watering and repotting, and flags stress with a traffic-light dashboard. Deliberately priced as a one-time purchase — a counter-position to the subscription fatigue in the category. Launching via Amazon FBA, incorporated as Planum UG (i. Gr.).
A fully autonomous daily publishing pipeline for themed metal-poster artwork. Claude handles concept and prompt engineering; Google Gemini generates imagery; n8n orchestrates the workflow end-to-end with Drive archival and email reporting. Runs unattended on self-hosted Docker.

05 — Principles
Public systems should be quietly dependable. The best infrastructure is the kind users never need to think about.
Whether it is public records or personal finance, literacy is what turns users into citizens. Build tools that explain themselves.
Leverage is not a shortcut — it is the compounding effect of well-designed systems that keep running while attention moves on.
